Fitz Fish Ponds needed to transition from their outdated WordPress site, which lacked eCommerce capabilities, to a dynamic BigCommerce storefront. The challenge was twofold:

Additionally, Fitz Fish Ponds required:
• A seamless user experience for both shipping and buy online, in-store pickup (BOPIS).
• Geolocation-based inventory syncing between their warehouse, retail locations, and point of sale (POS) system.
• Migration of a significant volume of content, including service offerings, blogs, and videos, while maintaining and amplifying their strong organic SEO performance.
